ABSOLUT PITCH FOR TASTE?

When I was five, I started to set-up great breakfasts to my parents and siblings. This developed in to a deep love for food in general and more specific taste. I found out that I somewhat have an absolut pitch for taste and fragrance. Most of the time a great asset, some times a curse.

And during my young years I believed my future lay as a restaurant owner but after some yers in the industry I realized, this is not me.

Instead I try to spred love and happiness trough the food that I create at home, with loved ones and dear friends.

Since we have a deep interest in health and specifically in life style related health issues I nowadays together with my wife try to spread the knowledge of how ot cook great healthy food. We do this through our education company Elitista, we focus on bringing cutting edge knowledge around the metabolic syndrome and how to cure your self through lifelong eating the right diet. Now one shall die from lack of knowledge.
