I started my journey as a home chef, five or six years old. I was intrigued what you could accomplice in a kitchen and motivated by my mother I developed my sence for flavours. Today fifty years later I develop recipes to Elitista and The Health Engineer, Ewa Meurk.
We focus in food the provides longevity and on the same time taste and look great. Living healthy cant be a a sacrifice, eating healthy should taste equally great as eating with out a strategy.
